What's covered
- Defects in our workmanship on the repair we did
- Rot returning in the wood we replaced because of how we installed or flashed it
- Flashing, trim, siding and decking we installed coming loose or failing
- Fasteners, connections and framing we installed that don't hold
- Paint and caulk we applied that peels or fails early because of how it was applied
What's not covered
- ×Areas of the house we didn't work on, including rot found later in other spots
- ×Normal weathering: wood checking, cracks, fading and color change
- ×Damage from storms, falling trees, fire, flood, settling or other events
- ×Damage from leaks we weren't hired to fix, or from changes made by others after our work
- ×Lack of basic upkeep, like clogged gutters or sprinklers hitting the wall

Do I need to register my warranty?
No. The warranty comes with every repair we complete. Your invoice is your proof of coverage.
How do I file a warranty request?

Does the warranty transfer if I sell my house?
The workmanship warranty covers the homeowner who hired us. If you're selling, call us and we'll talk it through.
What about materials like siding, trim or composite decking?
Materials also carry their manufacturer's warranty. If a product fails, we help you with the manufacturer's claim.
What if the problem isn't covered?
We'll tell you why and give you a clear price to fix it, with no obligation.
