This Privacy Policy explains how Eco Home Repair LLC, doing business as Goodbye Rot ("Goodbye Rot", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit goodbyerot.com, request an estimate, call us or receive text messages from us. Our office is at 14400 NE 145th St, Suite 208, Woodinville, WA 98072.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the repair, photos you upload and anything else you type into our forms or tell us by phone, text or email.
- Text messaging consent: whether you agreed to receive customer care and/or marketing text messages, and the date, time and page where you agreed.
- Project information: estimates, invoices, payments, photos and notes related to work we do for you.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule visits and prepare estimates
- To perform and manage the work, send invoices and process payments
- To send the text messages you agreed to (see below)
- To provide warranty service
- To improve our services and keep our records, as required by law
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the box on our forms or otherwise give us permission, we will send text messages to the number you provided:
- Customer care messages about your estimate, appointment reminders, project updates, invoices and warranty requests.
- Marketing messages (only if you separately agreed) such as offers and seasonal maintenance reminders.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help, or call 425.600.7002. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who deliver the messages for us.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our office and scheduling software, phone and text messaging providers, email providers, payment processors and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Subcontractors working on your project, limited to what they need to do the work.
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.
As stated above, mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep information
We keep project and payment records as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes. We keep text messaging consent records for as long as you receive messages from us and as required by law.

Your choices
