What homeowners say

“I'm really happy with how the deck repair turned out. They replaced the damaged boards, reinforced the deck, and gave it a fresh new stain. Everything looks great, feels much sturdier, and honestly looks so much better now. Really happy with the work! Really happy with Alex”

“Very professional, quick to respond, and able to schedule the work on short notice they treated our home and deck with care and did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again for a future project.”

“We're extremely pleased with the work Alex and the team completed on our home. They gave the entire exterior a fresh new look with new siding, renovated our front porch, and built an additional side porch and back deck. They also replaced several of our doors, and the overall quality of the work was excellent. I can be particular about details and sometimes had trouble making up my mind, but the team was always understanding and willing to offer helpful suggestions. The project moved along smoothly and was completed within a reasonable timeframe. What I appreciated most was how well they communicated throughout the project. Whenever there was a weather delay or a material wasn't available yet, they kept me updated instead of leaving me wondering what was happening. We're very happy with the finished result and would gladly consider Alex and the team for any future home projects.”

“We're extremely pleased with our new siding and couldn't be happier with the final result. All workers were professional, courteous and very easy to work with from start to finish. They handled the installation carefully and made sure every detail was done properly. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up the entire area and left everything neat and tidy. Our home has a fresh new look. Specially thanks to alex.”

“Great Company, Made the whole process easy for us, from getting everything planned out to finishing the deck. They kept us in the loop along the way, showed up when they said they would, and did really solid work. We're very happy with the finished deck and would definitely recommend them.”

“Alex and his team did an amazing job helping us bring our long-planned dream deck to life. They were professional, clean, and respectful throughout the entire project, and they completed the work right on schedule. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the quality of their work looks fantastic. They also did a great job cleaning up after the project, including removing the dirt and leaving the entire site neat and clean. We're very happy with the finished deck and would highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a great overall experience. Thank you, Alex and team!”

“Alex and his team did a great job fixing our siding and bottom door frame which had some rotting. They were professional, competitive in pricing and responsive. Highly recommend Eco Home Repair!”

“This concerns the work of a company hired to fix some troublesome spots on our home. They were able to rebuild and refinish a window frame that had deteriorated from weather damage over the years. They did an excellent job. That one fix made the house look better all around. The other fix was to deal with some support beams that had rotten ends. They proposed a simple solution and fixed all of the beams and applied a wood hardener to the end grain. They had a great work ethic, showed up on time and completed things in a timely matter. If you need exterior repairs made to your home or structure I'd recommend them. Wish they did drywall work.”

“I highly recommend Eco Home Repair! They did a fantastic job and the quality of their work is absolutely top-notch. Working with them was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Big thanks to Alex as well—he was great to deal with and made sure everything went smoothly. If you're looking for a team that is professional, efficient, and great at what they do, these are your guys. Will definitely use them again!”

“Very responsive, Professional, and provided a competitive quote. Very happy we reached out to him!”

“These guys are amazing. Need a deck rebuilt in a 'difficult area to access' and they knocked it out of the park. Clean, professional and on time. I have also referred them to friends.”

“Alex is very friendly and fast in responding to our questions. I contacted Eco Home Repair and Alex showed up the next day to give us an estimated cost. Once we signed the contract, he immediately scheduled the time and date with us to replace our siding and get it done as promised. Thank you Alex!”

“Alex does high quality work and his prices are very reasonable. I recommend him.”

“I had a great experience working with Eco Home Repair on a water damage project. Water was leaking into the house through the chimney, which caused mold and water damage issues. Eco Home Repair handled everything smoothly and professionally. They replaced the chimney cover, repaired the damaged siding and sheathing, and replaced the interior drywall. The quality of their work was excellent, and the entire process was stress-free. I highly recommend Eco Home Repair.”

“I hired Eco Home Repair to do a leak repair under my balcony, deck waterproofing and slope correction, and underlying rot repair. They were professional, quick, and fairly priced; kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and was honest about what needed to be done vs what was optional.”

“Gave an honest and reasonable quote. Restored water damaged siding, looks great. Alex was responsive and gave me a quote for replacing the whole house too, but I opted to wait and just fix the damaged spot. He worked around our window and hvac with no issue.”

“Alex responded quickly and came out the next day to provide a free quote for a potential siding issue that I was very concerned about. He inspected it, determined it wasn't a major issue, and recommended some simple, no cost, DIY steps I can do to take care of it myself. I would definitely contact them again and recommend Eco Home Repair.”

“One of my windows leaked after I had them cleaned and so I called Eco Home Repair to take a look. I really appreciated the thorough inspection - they determined the leak was unique to the aggressive window washing and wouldn't happen in regular rain (it had never leaked during rain). I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me on anything unecessary. They were prompt and curious! Would work with them again the next time I have an issue.”

“As a Condominium owner finding contractors that can work with multiple concerns at once is a challenge. The team at Eco Home Repair has been our go-to for several projects including deck and front porch repairs, siding replacement, chimney chassis repairs, fencing and more. The team has done solid work for a reasonable price and we highly recommend them!”

“I hired Eco Home Repair to fix my front steps and landing, which had become badly rotted and unsafe. Alex was fantastic to work with from start to finish with great communication, clear expectations, and always responsive. The project included decking replacement, stair repair, railing repair, as well as staining and painting. The results are outstanding. The new steps are solid, safe, and look great. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work delivered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex and Eco Home Repair to anyone needing similar repairs or upgrades.”
